Evaluation of image 2

Image 2 is intended to recreate the Green Man in the style of a stone carving (figure 1, 2, 3) as found in churches and architectural coving decorations. Originally the model for this image was supposed to be camouflages against a white wall, however due to current circumstances and lockdown restrictions the plan had to change and adapted to the surroundings available. Instead, the model was camouflaged into a red fence so that the face looks like a garden wall hanging of the Green Man. The contrast between the red wood and grey stone worked well, bringing out the texture of the facial decoration. Looking back at the final images there are some details that would be changed if the image was recreated. For example, the painting of the wig cap can be slightly seen through the frame surrounding the face, and some more detail on the white wood dyed to the arm could be added to blend more into the fence.
