Ethics Form

For the Major Project an ethics form is needed as part of the module, as this allows the makeup artist to interview or use surveys as part as their primary research. For this project the primary research consists of interviews that will gather information on the Green Man and also industry prosthetics techniques that will influence the project’s final images. The interviews for this major project will be with a professional prosthetics artist to gather information on colouring pieces and moulding, as well as two people who have different types of knowledge of the Green Man. The ethics form includes what the makeup artist is researching, why they have chosen these people to interview, as well as legal permission from the interviewees. The ethics form was passed by the college, so this gives the makeup artist permission to go ahead with the interviews.
